Eddie Peng was born in Taipei on March 24th 1982 and at the age of 14 his family moved to Canada. There he graduated in 2000 at the Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School and later attended University Of British Columbia and majored in Economics. Having grown up in Canada, he has an open personality which attracts Taiwanese audience. His fame propelled with his Taiwanese/Korean crossover lead role in Scent of Love. He further expanded his audience base with his role as Tang Yu in Chinese Paladin, which exposed him to the Chinese market. After he finished shooting for Shao Nian Yang Jia Jiang, he turned his attention to the big screen with the movie “Exit No. 6.” _x000D_
