Mamat Tursun Mamateli, nicknamed "Dao Dao," is a Chinese screenwriter and actor of Uyghur descent. In 2015, Mamat and his friend Hezreteli created and starred in a short-video series named "Anar Pishti" which was a great success. In the following 4 years, Seasons 1-6 was made, becoming the most popular web series aired in the Xinjiang region.
In 2016, he starred in anti-drug public welfare movies, which includes "Domino Effect" and "Mogui." In 2017, he directed the web series "Qipar Kizlar."
